These terms govern your use of the BusinessForBeginners AI iPhone app. By using the app you agree to them.

This app is educational. It is not advice. Nothing in the app — including lessons, prompts, tools and anything the learning assistant produces — is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or medical advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

What the app is

BusinessForBeginners AI teaches business concepts to people starting out. It explains ideas, gives you space to write down and organise your own thinking, and includes an assistant that answers questions about business concepts. It is a learning tool.

What the app is not

It does not tell you what to do with your money and cannot evaluate whether a business idea will succeed.
It does not provide legal, tax or accounting services, and does not draft or review documents for your situation.
It makes no promise, guarantee or projection of income, profit, funding or business outcome of any kind.
It is not a substitute for a qualified accountant, lawyer, tax adviser or licensed financial professional. For anything that affects your money or your legal position, speak to one.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make. Business involves risk, including the loss of money you put into it.

The learning assistant

The assistant is generated by a language model running on your device. Language models can be wrong, and can state incorrect things confidently. Treat its answers as a starting point for your own thinking and verify anything that matters. The assistant is deliberately scoped to educational explanation and will decline questions that ask for investment, legal, tax, accounting or medical guidance.

Subscriptions

Full access to lessons, tools and the assistant requires an auto-renewing monthly subscription, purchased inside the app.
The price and duration are shown on the subscription screen before you buy, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting your account in the app does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms, not by us.

Your account and your content

You sign in with Apple. Everything you write stays on your device; you keep ownership of it. Because we never receive it, we cannot recover it for you — if you delete the app or delete your account in the app, the content is gone.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to attempt to extract or misuse the underlying model, or to interfere with the app's operation or security.

Availability

The app is provided as-is. Features may change between versions, and the assistant depends on device capabilities that are outside our control — it requires a device and iOS version that support Apple Intelligence. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any business, financial or other loss arising from your use of the app or from any decision you make in reliance on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
